Merowingg, apparently around 1280 for Veteran and probably 3200 for Special.

5120 would sound reasonable for a special ...

I didn't decide, it just sounded correct that every next rank requires two times more messages.
Not sure where the 3200 number was taken from.

Maybe they should class rank on quality of post no number of posts...

Berg, in perfect world... yes.
But who will dig through all those daily posts and how those would be judged? ;-)
Current system is good enough, though rank values are a bit weird.

Ah so there is also Veteran cool :) I was so wrong :)

And yes 5000 or even 10 000 for special, someone so special sounds appropriate here :)

Go to the user control panel (link near top left of this page) then click the usergroups tab - it lists all the groups that are available.
