Add "Quit game" when battle is over
Add "Quit game" when battle is over
Something I'm thinking of every time I finish a skirmish! As everybody knows all it says is "Continue" and you'll need to get out through pressing "Esc" and then "Quit". Not that much annoying, but somehow it is...

This would be very nice. I am in full support of this feature.

I'm totally against this feature. It's fun to continue playing a little more for doing some experiments with weapons and stuff...

It is not annoying, at least you can stop the annoying screen auto-rotation when you click "Continue"Powzone wrote:Something I'm thinking of every time I finish a skirmish! As everybody knows all it says is "Continue" and you'll need to get out through pressing "Esc" and then "Quit".

To be honest, why do you bother about that?

Sabereuneko, is is just another option to click (you can still click continue game) i think you misunderstood the proposal.

Re: Add "Quit game" when battle is over
I didn't mean to remove the "Continue" option!! Just add "Quit game"... There's enough space in the little window even for something else like "Show an predefined avatar of yourself as terrain texture everywhere!" or something... but let's keep this serious!
Just because I'm so lazy!!To be honest, why do you bother about that?

Oh, misunderstood... Then there is no problem by my part.
Re: Add "Quit game" when battle is over
Oh sure, we make that, then people will complain that they clicked 'quit' instead of 'continue'.
and it ends here.

LOL, true.
Re: Add "Quit game" when battle is over
I suppose the window is made with 3 text lines avalable. You could move "continue" to the first and "quit" to the last. Deal?
If somebody complains then, it's the "bug between mouse and seat"-bug...

Add a ½ second delay before the quit (and continue) button(s) appear, so people don't click and then have the quit (or continue) button(s) suddenly appear under the mouse click?

This sounds good to me.Cyp wrote:Add a ½ second delay before the quit (and continue) button(s) appear, so people don't click and then have the quit (or continue) button(s) suddenly appear under the mouse click?
Re: Add "Quit game" when battle is over
You could also add a child window asking for confirmation. Adds more frustration though.
Are you sure you want to quit?

Really?
