Solid water coming out of the pipe

This is one of those tiny details that may have gotten overlooked.
On the map "sandcastles" (and presumably other maps, wherever this pipe makes its appearance) the water doesn't move. It's just a bent down mass of..... whatever. I mean, I know what it is, a sewage pipe or water pipe of some kind. But it could? be a good detail to add, especially since the water below it is being rendered and moving around.
