Add a chance to all reloading weapon like cannons lancers mortars to fire a shot faster than usual for a half of time.
Random not much like a 1-5 % :) may be +0.5% every rank or something.

Expanding on this it would be cool to have a "perks" feature like some other games have, not sure if it is feasible as it would probably blow balance to sh*t - maybe if they were temporary.

You already get unit experience that in itself is and upgrade of unit attack and defence skills.
I dont think you need to double up on the same feature.

Actualy, no more...

The accuracy was left behind in master, so the units don't increase their damage with levels any more. As far as I know.

If they don't what is the advantage of experienced units?

Wait, I know there is 3 things. 1 is movement speed, the second is about damage reduction and the third is about damage increase. One of those 2 last is about accuracy. Maybe accuracy raduction and rate of fire ? You make me doubt now.

The ratio is 7%, 6% and 6% per level respectively

I know you disagreed with the change that was made, but please stop misrepresenting it in every post you make about it. Accuracy is still present in git master (see 980f0160a359f85998e3c2f12b9ac5b92ed11c58 for the exact change).

Well you turned the accuracy at 100%. It's pretty much like removing it. And you intentionally left the accuracy bug there, so even if someone else was trying to use it in a mod, it would be buggus.

Are you saying doe, that experienced units will still dodge rockets ? And some of them will miss because of them ^^. That will be funny in a game where all other rockets hit. Movie hero mode activated. :)

For direct fire weapons only. If you want to talk about accuracy, being accurate is a good start.
