This is a building that can hack and disable some of your enemy's base buildings for five minutes. A hacking center only works against satellite uplink centers, command relay centers, command centers, research facilities, and power generators.
Each time a player decides to disable one of an opponent's important buildings, the player loses power. You may only hack buildings shown on the map and not in black, unexplored areas of the minimap.

That's quite a good idea, it would be good to slow money from another player but it would be really good to disable arty spammers uplink centres
