Each unit that has the ability to create structures should be able to make traps that look like a common object. When an enemy is close to the trap, it explodes.

What about a unit that deploys traps on the buildings? Or just sticking to the simple hidden mines that can be detected by the sensor turret.

this is a better idea, using hidden mines and a sensor to scout out these. Do it that mines also explode if ANY vehicle goes over it. Hover, VTOL is exempt of this or something
