like the sun burst but more powerful, wit more range and homing

You mean like lancer?
Lancer Vtols are very good fighter units as well as having ground attack abilities.
Maybe scourge missiles work the same, I've never really tried them out...

Currently, out of any dedicated AA systems that are in Warzone 2100, only Sunburst AA is available for VTOLs, though some mods, such as Contingency, have added more AA systems for VTOLs, such as VTOL versions of Avengers and Vindicators.

A homing-indirect AA weapon based on scourge missiles would be epic :)
