I have some questions about the skirmish games

First of all how can I control the speed of leveling ??
I tried to lower the tec leveling, but the only possibility I see is to reduce the research centers.

How can i change the Teams?
I tried to play along with some AI, so I asked them within the game, at first nobody respondet, but after a while I had a partner. The only problem was that he was also ally with my enemy. How come ???

What does the sidebar change concerning the AI ? Is the AI getting more money ???

And finally is the AI cheating, and if so how can I change that ?

not sure if rush map still exist, map is rather small so u don't get time to do huge research

don't u get a ingame window pressing enter[numlock 1] or so?

ai get treaten like a human player in amount of credz if u ask me

never seen cpu controlled players cheat before  ;D

about the ally thing:

Play a large player map. Ally your neighbors, and pay attention to the ally messages.

Whenever I play, there's usually an "odd-man out"

The other AIs will probably ally the enemys coming at you. And may even join in their convoys-of-kill-player.

The Odd-man out will probably be allied to the AI that dont care about you. He will also assist whe nthe time is right.

If u dont have 3 allys (the AI will only let you have 3), ally one of the most dangerous enemys charging your base.

The allys will also go thruough spontanious ally revisions, were they will unally you and/or each other and ally others.
