A nice piece of rocket branch specializing on cyborgs and defenses. Good for harassment. Can be an instant win when obtained early enough together with hovers.

Usually used on cobra/python hovers to harass buildings and defenses and effectively outrange other early units, most importantly cyborgs.
I assume you're talking about skirmish/multiplayer, not about campaign.

Mostly. I haven't heard of a good use for them. Probably MRAs were supposed to be used on SUB_1_5 to get rid of enemy cyborgs, but lancers are still capable of it as well.

Bunker busters are obviously designed to do that, but lancers are fine too.

Hover : for hit and run
Track : for maximal HP per $
For the body the heavier the better since you rely on it HP since rockets gives none.
