Sorry about that.

To journey from utter rankness to high mastery, in any skill, takes 10,000 hours of dedicated practice. Perhaps working on WZ's CGIs will be part of Manaze1's journey as such.

You know, this still has people in it, and since we aren't making a Baba Goes Wild vids, that is too hot for TV, not sure how this fits in anyplace.Buginator wrote:Kinda hard to tell, since most of the stuff you are doing is with people.
Can you do something with some WZ units for a example ?

From the get go I have agreed and originally pointed to using AR assets:Buginator wrote:You know, this still has people in it, and since we aren't making a Baba Goes Wild vids, that is too hot for TV, not sure how this fits in anyplace.
However, if you do decide to go the Baba Goes Wild route, will Dr. Reed be the one asking stupid questions ?
And was taken aback by the last link posted (naked Go-go dancers) but expressed it like so - again pointing to using AR assets as well as precisely providing an example of WZ CGI created by Jorzi using said assets:Rman Virgil » Sun Jun 26, 2011 2:41 pm wrote:
Looks like AR assets could be used via the 3DXChange4 pipeline into iclone for animation:

I thought I'd be seeing a sample of a WZ specific CGI along the lines of what Jorzi himself did a little while back for Goth's CAM 4 (DL Jorzi's flamer3.zip HERE) and not some naked Go-Go dancers. (Not that I'm a prude but, IMHO, such content is inappropriate for posting here - but BB Admin will have to judge that ultimately.)

So to rephrase my last post - Manaze 1 should practice making WZ CGI using AR assets (which is what I thought he was doing before he posted that last link of the totally inappropriate animation - soft-porn plus NOT mechanical, as in it should have been tanks instead of peeps.) I have chosen this tack & focus in posting over making the whole thing an opportunity to display my facility for barbed humor. Such witticisms I enjoy as much as the next fella (or gal) as long as it is not like shooting fish in a barrel.Rman Virgil wrote:Indeed.

hmm sorry to deviate from the said subject; but have you studied Bushido?Rman Virgil wrote:To journey from utter rankness to high mastery, in any skill, takes 10,000 hours of dedicated practice. Perhaps working on WZ's CGIs will be part of Manaze1's journey as such.

I'd still recommend doing the videos in 1080p lossless (or better) and rescaling afterwards...Ezio wrote:a note to be remembered : seems our player use a lot of cpu than it should. and max video resolution is 1024 x 1024.

Been away for a couple weeks, ergo the tad tardy response. My apology. (Though this is the new norm for me, with even longer gaps going forward I sense.)neo_dragon2k wrote:hmm sorry to deviate from the said subject; but have you studied Bushido?
neo_dragon2k wrote:^_^ wow youve done your homework. Ive found that typically when someone says bushido they are refering either to the works of hagakure or the budoshoshinsu; but truthfully they do take their core philosophies from the Zen mindset so there are certain similarities in many of the Asian works.
Especially 'Vipassana bhavana' (insight meditation) or Mindfulness practice.neo_dragon2k wrote:In recent years western scientists and psychologists have begun to successfully adopt some of these principles into their works.
I think the ranks growing like never before (in the Western World) because, like you said, western science, medicine & mainstream therapies have demonstrated, & specifically advocate, the powerful benefits of 'Vipassana bhavana' practice. Alas, the West is still dominated by the ubiquitous quick-fix mentality, & masquerade, in the form of pill-popping, no work involved, "solutions".neo_dragon2k wrote:In short its good to see someone who has characteristics of this mindset.
