There's only a few out there and non are very organized. I think this forum provides something of a home for RBL (ReBeL) and BDC (Black Dragon Clan ?).

The league is the most organized way to play and get regular competitive games. Drop by #warzone2100-games and talk to tmp[bdc] or NoQ to get set up.
