Unless there is an enemy on the other side of the building and I aim at the enemy not the building, that way I have sapped like half a dozen techs until the building is destroyed.

Now, I have tried to play a match with some friend and had HUGE problems with the maps transfers, since I had a map the didnt, and when the second player joined all good, but when player #3 joined he always got an error.

Code: Select all

fatal |09:32:28: [NETrecvFile] Fatal error while creating file: El sistema no puede hallar la ruta especificada. (translation: the system could not find the specified route)
fatal |09:32:40: [NETrecvFile] Either we do not have write permission, or the Host sent us a invalid file (Sk-AIAssault-T1)!
He didnt had the Maps folder in his install, so file never got created on one side. Using win xp as admin.

On the other hand from time to time I got this one.

Code: Select all

I hope its helpfull, also when some error pumped out, we got problems if the stderr.txt was not created before hand, and we had and error about net log something, after half hour I just passed the map by messenger and all fixed, and we played a nice while.

Well, of course, if he didn't put his map files in the right place, he'd have that problem... The solution is to put map files in the right place. :[ The FAQ says the right place. Put it there. Never put it anywhere else.

For other "bugs", send them to your developer.
Try practicing while in cheat mode, you will learn to play.
And why did you split that into 4 posts?

BTW, Dr. Reed and NEXUS are the best part of campaign!!!

Well the thing is that they didnt had the map, so the game started all that ... i will download the map for you, but never checked that he didnt had the maps folder created, so game crashes. When we manually set the file in place then it worked.

and ralfralfevil.... are you on drugs or something?

Not funny.

Again, all that could fit into 1 post.
Why won't you put each word, or even better, each letter into seperate post.
What are you trying to do, gain better rank by having more posts?
By doing that, only thing you will do is get me mad! :stressed:
Maybe making more people mad. :stressed: :stressed: :stressed: ...

O_o

We don't have a crystal ball, so we have no idea what is wrong since you don't give any details at all that can help us help you diagnose the problem.

Read this: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=691

And while it may be a bug, it could be the fault of your video drivers or...

There are too many undetailed bug reports, so I think you should buy one.

DylanDog wrote:On the 2.3 beta2, I have noted the following while testing the DyDo AI:

Usually to test the AI, I let it control the human base, on this way I simply observe the behaviour of the AI...the only thing is that the AI player I watch playing always gets more then 15000 power regardless of the POWER SELCTION before creating the game, I cannot watch/test an AI on this way...this does not happen in 2.2.x
Hmm?

Steps to reproduce this?

I believe it is like this:
He builds his base, and then goes to demo mode to observe how his AI handles base that he didn't build.
