Warzone 2100 wont play videos foe missions

for some reason warzone 2100 final version 2.1 wont play the videos just beofre the missions please help thanks.

The single player videos are not included with 2.1, however the videos from the original commercial release are slated to return in 2.2.

ya we all cant wait to get the epic 2.2 release done as fast as possible and hopfully lots of new warzoners

I can't wait for 2.2 either, but lots of new warzoners isn't exactly something I'm looking forward to...

Or maybe not since most of them will be "eeeewww, looks at the graphics, they suck d00d"... and things like that.

They don't understand the brutal awesomeness of Warzone 2100

thats the thing... my son said that the first time he saw me playing warzone 2100. i told him it wasnt the graphics he should be concerned about but the kickass action and him getting his ass served back to him.


he still dont like it - oh well his loss.


perhaps we might state that the graphics are not state of the art ? dunno - will leave that for others to decide. as it is people keep finding us and saying such things as " great game" etc. maybe we shopuld be asking the question "why do they think warzone is such a great game" .

Having previously played games like the C&C series, StarCraft, and Total Annihilation, I just wanna say: I LOVE THIS GAME!

The ability to zoom in and out on the battlefield and even rotate the view of the field puts this game in a totally separate class from any other RTS I've played. I can't wait for 2.2 to finally see the videos.

BTW, I "dabble" a bit in coding, and would absolutely love to be able to be involved with this game.
