Open gl 2.0 needed for 3.1+

help I keep getting this error I have
Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.49GHz 3.39 GHz
3.00 GB of ram
32 bit operating system
Windows 7 Home Premium
Service Pack 1

Try upgrading your graphics drivers?
Not sure, but my guess is the second-last link near the bottom of

my computer can only run version 1.0 of warzone 2100 I own the original retail

I chose 1.10 so that I can play it without inserting the disk I use wz1.10nocd.exe

I could be right maybe I can't detect internet because
