No access to bug reporting

As the title says, Nobody can submit bug reports without being given access ahead of time... That's dumb.
Secondly, You have no bug report section on your forums..That is too.

Thirdly the game crashes whenever i try to set structure limits before starting a skirmish game.
The Nullbot Ai works way smoother now, But by only allowing it to make a few guns, And tons of planes, It's way too easy to kill even on insane settings.
