SLM crashes when the recording ends. Happens with two different audio files.
Has this also been fixed?

vexed wrote: 17 Apr 2015, 03:21 I noticed quite a few people are looking for software that records WZ games.
While FRAPs works for some games, it still is buggy with master, and is windows only.

So, I suggest you try OBS, https://obsproject.com
It is for windows & mac & linux, and is open sourced. :)

Nvidia's shadowplay & AMD's reLive also can record this game just fine.

I did a quick video, and it does record mouse cursor for master.

Share your tips & other recording software that you use here. :3
May I suggest SimpleScreenRecorder, works great in Linux, IMHO best screencast app for Linux.
Details and download here:

For Linux Mint, Debian, Ubuntu, Gentoo, OpenSuse you can find it in the Software Repository. For other distros, he gives detailed instructions here:

First of all, let's understand this: https://www.tunesbro.com/screen-recorder.html
Don't worry,in the two years it worked for me, it didn't crash.

Not all. Some actually save the file into a mpeg extension so you can watch your gameplay.
Unless you already knew.

My bro and I use Joyoshare Screen Recorder (https://www.joyoshare.com/screen-recorder-for-win/). He uses Xbox 360 and I PS4. Record in 1080p and no watermark.

Hello guys.

What kind of software (windows) you use to capture your game to make video?
How you capture the game? using preview on buildbox?
Do I need high end graphic card to capture?

I like using Nvidia Geforce Experience Overlay for my recording needs. It's a bit buggy here and there but it does the job just fine. I use the Instant Replay feature to capture the last 5 or 10 minutes of gameplay whenever something worth recording happens.

You don't need too much of a high-end GPU for this to work well. I would capture 1080p footage at 60fps with a GTX 1060 3GB just fine.

As an update to this old thread, there is now a "Replay" feature built-in to the game:

Yep, I love when games add a feature like this. Really helps out when, for whatever reason, I forget to save the clip after something worth recording happens.
