I saw Warzone 2100 first in a preview version on a CD-ROM in a print-magazine. I liked the game and pre-ordered it. Bought it immediately at release and felt in love with this game. :)

Nice :D

Got an copy on release times, too. Sadly I got internet only in a few years later, so I missed the most. Though I've got an selfmade non cd patch for v1.0 here and also 2005 backup files. (With max. heavy cannon res on skirmish)

How was gamespy and what versions did you play? I remember the player li33, who played at the start of wz gamespy online, but he seems to be not around currently.

Today I was looking for all the original parts of the Warzone 2100 package. I found the original Warzone 2100 paper box - missing the dark blue inlet unfortunately -, the two original CD-ROM and the original case, the manual and the Warzone 2100 strategy guide. This one was not in the original package but looks like a nice add-on. :)

Cool. Is it possible to get a photo in good quality ? Youre lucky guys, do you know that?
In case the WZ-game ends in a draw , the game winner will be determined by penalty shoot-out.

(Yes, that's the original receipt... from Woolworths, where I bought the game way back in 2000)

Can't remember how I found the game but I first played back around 2005-6 in gamespy. Took a break for about a decade and came back! Always used KillerChinchilla handle :D

I started playing Warzone 2100 when I was 5 years old, it's one of the first video games I played.
