To make it short:

Do you (the team) need the original videofiles in other languages?
Or do you already have them and they are just not implemented yet in other languages?

Because if you would need them, i could offer the german files.

We have them, it's just that no one wants to ask Pumpkin for a third time if it's legal to use them, so we're not using them. :/

They are "free", not free. ;)

By that, I mean, basically what Zarel said.
We don't think anyone will come after them for hosting those files, but I don't think you will ever find them in debian, or any distro that feeds off of them.

Well, last year's clarification didn't exclude any translations etc, so should cover every version of Warzone Eidos has done.

I think the main reason they won't be in Debian is the ~700 MB source package you'd need for every language version (since at least the German videos are not the same length as the English ones), it is a problem for just the English videos now.
