It would, but at the moment its still just a slightly modified 1.10

No major changes apart from a few minor updates.

Got some menu changes in. Actually wasn't as difficult as I had thought. So now the video menu is back in and looks more like the difficulty menu sans better naming. Needs more work and some changes in strings.txt for best results though.

Still need to move skirmish into single player menu and change the menu structure around some. Mostly will need to get the strings.txt updated and into a wdg first though. Can't add a resolution menu w/o the change to strings nor can I change the renderer text w/o it either. Once the menu is corrected I will start on the new config file and move on to getting a new warzone wdg (combined warzone.wdg plus all wdg patches)
