Jup. Writing only in russian won't help other user who have the same problem as Speeder.
As you might find russian easier to understand you could write it in both languages, one time for our russian community and one time for the english speaking.

ok.I wrote in russian because he has the same problem as in 2.0.4(we already have this topic).
it was for make forum cleaner.

Please change your post to english.
It isn't because i dislike russian or something similar...
But like devurandom said, everyone could read this then.
The second point is, I/We want be able to read what is written in our forum.

Now your russian is gone and you'd be glad to have some english translation.
(Must have been a mistake while backing up the database with a wrong charset.)

Hm, i backupped as UTF-8 and imported as UTF-8.
However, next time use english only.

I think that they hosting do not support cp-1251...
