Decent Mods for 2.0.10?

Currently, the most extensive (and hence, my favorite) mod is the NTW version something or other (the number eludes me). Any other great mods that either revamp textures, add new kickass weaponry, or balance the game? ('twould be nice to have a Twin AC that actually IS effective against vehicles) Or should I just get with the times and hope that the latest 2.1 build has whatever problems it presents to me fixed soon?
