trac rejects tickets for no good reason

trying to make some tickets for trac and it rejects some of them for no good reason.
please fix.

Trac rejects tickets for being spam like, one of the major attributes of which is posting anonymously, which is generally a rather good reason.

If you follow the directions on the new ticket page on how to make a ticket you should have no issues getting it through trac.
