Problem with gna bugreport

I've a problem!
When I want register to post my bug it appears this message

Error:Your ip address is blacklisted , http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip...;

...but I am not a spam man  :(

Go to spamhaus.org find the "remove ip" link. Remove it and wait a few hours. Then try again.
If (windows rulez) then (Linux fails)

yeah... spamhaus.org will blacklist you if your ip is being used to relay spam -- usually via a virus on your computer, or if your ip is dynamic, it may have been the last user of that ip address.

I wasnt able to register at BerliOS due a blacklist entry from 2004.
The good thing was, i should be able to remove the block by reply to a mail from postmaster@

Very amusing... due the fact that i have almost a static ip.
Well, but i know how i can change my IP address, that fixed the problem ;)

Well, my provider works like the RFC for cable internet says.
I must completely power off my modem, change the MAC address of my router and power up my modem again.

That's only for Internet via cable, here in Germany. I don't know if it works somewhere else.
If you have (A/S)DSL a normal reconnect should solve that problem.
