Laungage Nightmare

I logged in today to change my email address and I guess the default language it selected was chineese
I couldn't figure anything out about what it was saying.
Luckily I figured it out by clicking about where I was suppose to but it was a nightmare.

Shouldn't happen, English is the default forums language (just looked) and the Chinese language packs shouldn't be installed anymore,... seems that they where included in the backup i used to restore the forums...
