I had the same problem as you. I may have found the fix accidentally trying to fix another problem. Fix is for windows 10. Go to settings, click System. Change size of text slider to 125% then apply.Do not log off. Change slider back to 100% then apply. Log off. Log on. Warzone 2100 screen display should be fixed. At least that is what worked for me when I tried a app called "Windows 10 DPI fix". Really messed things up. Hope this helps and gets to you.
