Webchat is down?

I use the IRC fairly regularly for games and such, as one might expect. But I haven't been able to use the webchat service. I was wondering if this was a network issue on my side, your side, or their side?

We do not have any control over that, that is a external site.

We do recommend people use a normal IRC client instead of that webchat.
