Getting lots of gateway timeouts on forums

Post by aubergine »

Is anyone else having problems with forums? They seem to be really slow these past few days and increasingly I'm getting timeout errors...

Not getting timeouts here, but forums are clearly slow (and wz2100.net frontpage too); people seem to double-post a lot (when POST request accepted, but reply isn't received), which is some indication.

I've noticed a slow down on the forum.
This is why some features aren't implemented: http://forums.wz2100.net/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=7490&view=unread#p87241

Originway, exactly, when it starts then it keeps working that way for hours and then poof, works fine again.
Is there some cron job to restart specified services at given time or someone is doing that manually?
