Login and Registering Problems

I forgot my password and my username, but I required an e-mail and a username to get my password. Unfortunately, I couldn't login, so i decided to get 2nd account. When I finished the registration process, it told me I can't make an account because my e-mail has already been used in an already registered user. Unfortunately, that user with my e-mail is my original account that I forgot.

Help me!

Your account has been manually deactivated and is only able to be reactivated by an administrator.
This it is what i get every time i tried to login.
Help me to activate my account.

Well, you need to polish that chrome with fire(fox).
That will fix it!
