Here's what I did:
Downloaded the latest debug version of the game.
http://download.gna.org/warzone/release ... -debug.exe
Wanted to use power cheats in scrimmage games, added "--cheat" to the shortcut target (also using Aivolution).
The full target was: "F:\Warzone 2100\warzone2100.exe" --mod aivolution.wz --cheat
Entered the game, created scrimmage game with 7 computers on the Sk-ThePit-T2 map.
Map loaded, played for about 30 minutes. Game was REALLY slow and choppy throughout. Ended up crashing with the attached errors.
I'm running Windows Vista SP1, AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ 2.21GHz, 2GB RAM, ATI Radeon 1900XTX.

Looks like a AIV bug.

Re: Another Scrimmage Crash
I'd command a group of units to move and it would take literally a minute or two for the units to start moving (unless the command was only a few tiles away.)
Do you think AIV is causing this? It was basically unplayable.
I'll play one without AIV tonight and make sure.

Re: Another Scrimmage Crash
I haven't really played AIV in a long time, so, all I can say is, try it without that. If it is still slow, then it isn't AIV's fault.clyde_frog wrote:I'd command a group of units to move and it would take literally a minute or two for the units to start moving (unless the command was only a few tiles away.)

It also depends on how many total (all sides) units are in the game.
