Flex/Bison Error?

Bug Description
After updating to the latest revision i keep getting:

Error 1 error PRJ0019: A tool returned an error code from "Generating parser based on grammar..." Warzone2100

The path to bison and flex is set in my compsec path (e.g. Path = C:\Program Files\GNU32\bin\) is there anything i need to set up in the VS2005 IDE?

Not sure what causes this error. I compile bison and flex files manually, there's a compilation guide if you want to try a manual compilation:
