Hm. 8 votes so far, but almost no feedback on what people like/dislike in the various builds...
We want information... information... information.

Proj1 runs very nicely. I didn't have any issues with projectiles not doing anything they aren't supposed to.

Just that cybersphinx has said several times now he doesn't think this thread has gotten enough attention to make a determination, so all you kind folks reading this should test and speak

sorry, i mistook you for someone that would be able to see the advantages of moving this thread to maybe a different forum.. instead of here where no one is looking all the time. i apologize to you for even daring to suggest a different way to approach a DEAD subject. i will not make that mistake again. :annoyed:

and by dead subject i mean one that has had NO TRAFFIC for over a MONTH. again sorry.

I think effigy did a good thing by bumping this thread.
Not sure it was effective though.

Also, sounds as if the bump was after almost 7 hours less than one month ;)

@lav

:shock:

O_o Don't stop there... what else am I doing wrong? Perhaps liking the color blue?:P

I expect most users are at least curious enough about "News and announcements" to check if there are any new posts there, or rather, see what the new posts are after logging in. But really... what difference does it make what subforum it's in? If there's a mechanical reason, I'm not aware of it. This subject is impacting enough it could fit topically in almost any of our subforums. I think people are either interested in "2.3 projectile test builds" or they are not.

:lecture: Maybe a wordier thread title would attract more people? "Vote for changes in projectiles" or "Voice your opinion on the behavior of projectiles (i.e. mortor, ripples, etc)" might be more informative with out forcing people to read further. I'm not really seeing the point in using more board space to continue the conversation. Yes, it's an old topic. It fizzled. Let's restore it's pep :)

:stare: Also, "I can't make stickies, only stinkies :(" was a joke... I literally don't have the powers to make topics sticky... maybe you weren't directing your comment at me. Sorry

apologies... i just thought seeing as this was bumped and there was a month between posts - that interest had gone away... all i suggested was a possible way to generate more interest - obviously i was in error. :stressed:

Ok, well, if you think splitting/moving is best I'd recommend it going to General Discussion.
