Warzone 2100 Forums

We just released Warzone 2100 version 2.0.7.
This doesn't bring many stunning new features and is mainly intended to fix several remaining crashes and add a few config options for convenience.

Summary of changes:

• Access to the new Lobbyserver (When joining a game, leave the IP field empty to get a list of available games)
• Screenshots are now saved as PNGs for better quality
• Configurable framerate limit (eg. for laptop users)
• Linux AutoPackage should work better
• Crash and security fixes

Update 1: Some trouble occured with the first Windows packages. Please wait until the new ones are online.
Update 2: Windows packages have been updated and should fully work again.
Update 3: MacOSX Universal Binary (for 10.4 "Tiger" and above) is now available!
Update 4: The sourcecode tarball now contains an XCode project. No need to redownload in case you already have it, since that was the only change.

I miss the OSX version 

Awwwww heck, I'm in no hurry. Though I do anticipate v2.1! ;D

I'm still learning all about mods. Plus, I have 2 semesters of college left. I must have a thesis done for my BFA in 3D animation by Dec.!

So really I have no time to play.

The OSX version usually arives slightly later than the rest since we have few people capable of compiling this version. But now it's here.

Yep, I was just explaining the delay in comparison to the rest of the platforms.

ooo lobby server, this makes me very happy as my WZ buddy is away for 5weeks and I have no one to Lan with.  Will be on later after this maths to test my skills and tactics (there a little weird from what I read on the boards).

lobby server ? If I leave the IP field empty as suggested, I just see nothing. Is it really supposed to work out of the box ?

Then there are no open games.
Btw, if you're behind a router and the needed ports aren't forwarded, you wont get listed.
