Help make a new frontpage for the new Warzone Vault site.

Greetings all, I can really use some community help in making a new frontpage for our sister site http://sourceforge.net/projects/wz2100-vault/

The idea behind the sister site is, we will store all maps / mods / music / utilities / AI / textures and whatever else.
All content will have the correct license, so other distros can also have access to the data, without needing to track down people for permission.

If you are good at web design, then please have a go at it, and see what you can come up with.

I was thinking of having a big bank vault backdrop, with each area in the vault being one of those categories above, and then when people mouse over that, and click it, you will be taking to the correct file section.

This is only a suggestion, feel free to come up with any design you want.

That bank vault thing doesn't make sense to me... It is a vault, but making it a vault...

Maybe a WZ screenshot with diffrent components linking to diffrent sections?

Interesting idea. Reminds me of something like those "Virtual Tours" used in real estate these days.

So true.

As for so called "child-like" art - you should familiarize yourself with, say, the art of Paul Klee or Marc Chagall, for example. This was part of their aesthetic or creative intent. Some of their works are valued at more $$ than you'll make in 2 lifetimes. Unless you become a multi-millionaire, KukY.

Some quick thoughts:

- How about making use of the Command Reticule Geometry to configure the vaults ?

- Then.... you mouse hover over a vault and it zooms-out ?
