Re: So slow...
When i had a integrated intel video card 32Mb, It can cost as little as USD $5 to put an integrated video chipset on a motherboard. While they are fine for email and web surfing, they are usually quite inadequate for modern video games and 3D graphics applications, especially ones using OpenGL. The...

Perhaps, for people who are horrified by the fact that games like WZ ultimately involve crushing your opponent, we could add a build option for song books. Then everyone could sit around in a cirlce singing "Give Peace A Chance" and "Kumbaya" while passing the bong.

Re: Two articles in my guide.
Nice work, Zarel. Useful stuff! I'm a little confused by this paragraph in the Special Weapons section: fire damage – Weapons with fire damage (not to be confused with flamers or thermal weapons) will cause things they hit to catch fire and take damage over a certain amount of time. Examples: flamer...

Re: AA cannons
They seem fairly functional playing skirmish (trunk) after a couple upgrades to both ammo and rate of fire. Three batteries seems like a minimum. Placing them off to one side of the incoming path appears to help them track longer.

Re: Dedicated Airceaft Bodies
Would be very nice to try some fast-firing cannon also, the fighters would eat any vehicle alive. I've read something about a nose-mounted 40mm gatling gun somewhere, but I don't recall where it was. It would pack a pretty punch, anyway. In the real world, the A-10 "Warthog" uses a 30mm g...

Re: Strategies
I've been considering preventing too-early truck rushing. I have a feeling a ton of people wouldn't like that, though. Better to use good tactics like actually defending your base, rather than constraining game play, IMHO. Besides, I believe some Zarel guy has a patch that is slowly working its way...
