L1 cam there arent too many tactical options. more simple unit groupings then much else i use 3 CT's & 2 sensors to clear it CT1 with cannons(heaviest possible) CT2 with anti tank CT3 with heavy mg + 3 or 4 mrl i wouldnt bother with CT's untill they are at least cobra half-track CT keep a few(8 ...

i wondered why this diddnt work.
if while in the direct mode the key-map changed/deactivated, you could use the arrow keys for movement and A,S,X,Z, for the turret or "F" for the auto target thing from psx

the command turret is already one of the tougher units is it not? i wouldnt like to see its weapon/armour upped, because then it sucks the need for in intelligence in the player. i suggested in the wish list that commanders should always put at least a few of the assigned units between it& the e...

how about researching it simply reduces the hit probability for missiles?
units fire something that looks like mini-rockets out of each side(soundless) to cause tracking weapons to loose target.
limit the effect to med bodies+.
