look - color saturation does not matter - what matters is getting them in game. we can tweak the color saturation later. on some monitors, color saturation maters not. on some it is a "thing to fix"... just get the models in and work on the tweaking later. thanks. :) Jorzi already address...

I contrasted Opera 9 and Opera 11 mostly because Opera 10 changed to look more like Chrome, and then Opera 11 was changed to look even more like Chrome.

No safari and chrome use a SIMILAR engine. I renamed it "Propulsion Speed" to be clearer. It is indeed the "Speed" column in the Guide's propulsion tables.

In 1.10, HEAT Rocket Warhead and HESH Rocket Warhead used to do nothing. They now increase rocket damage. This kind of turns campaign balance upside down.

Oh, of course. They fixed the rocket upgrade bug.

Rocket upgrades used to do nothing in campaign. That bug was fixed. I can see why it'd throw off campaign balance completely. I don't really know how that should be handled.
