This issue would have worked to do fashion mode, because I think it is just possible.
I once made such a trial fashion into version 2.3.9, but this is not the end of it what you mean.
In version 3.1 I have the same problem, scavengerzy not produce any units.

The new versions of the master and 3.1 RPT file is not created, and stderr when choosing the option to play without Scavengers. When I select the game from scavengers, then the RPT file is created. Are problems with crashes may have something to do with the NVIDIA graphics card? I have the same prob...

I checked this in versions 2.3 again.9 as well as Master_Snapshot. Lorries further have from this problem.

It on your map is several sources oil, which of lorry can not build over.

AI opponents to create maps.
From what I know to a large extent depends on the number of AI centers and their modules.
What other factors contribute to the fact that the AI on some maps is very strong, as in the example maps the name; 4c-Cam4-8Testing.
