Well, there's Command & Conquer: Sole Survivor. That's one game where you don't have to worry about power. Granted, you only take control of a single unit in a deathmatch-style multiplayer mode.

Infinite Power Mod
As its name implies, this simple little mod gives all players infinite power. Hopefully, this would allow NTW fans to play non-NTW maps with NTW-styled gameplay.

Bear in mind that this is simply an idea that I had for a spiritual successor to Warzone 2100, which would also borrow elements from Supreme Commander. It may be impossible to actually implement said idea for Warzone 2100 itself.

Individual units are more likely to die quickly if groups of units battled eachother, focusing fire on one unit at a time.
