Re: Possible multi turret solution
I think multi turret - not need in warzone at all. Its wasting of time. It could be done, if all aspects of game will work perfect. I think kittens are not needed at all. They are a waste of time. They would be fine if they didn't have those razor sharp claws. So go punch one today! That generates ...

Re: SVN build problems
it's the behavior for any truck sitting idle owned or controlled by anyone. it currently allows for idle trucks to auto help building incomplete structures, much like they auto repair damaged ones. Problem is that I don't know what to do with it now that I've done it. I uploaded the source file here...

Re: Strange AI behaviour
sounds like you need a cb tower over there... any enemy shells that fly within range of the towers sensors automatically get targeted and shot back at by any artillery emplacement that can fire that far. (whether or not the unit itself is in range of a radar) I like to build a bunch of archangel mis...

Re: The bad twin turrets for big bodies are inside again
I vote the twin turrets stay for tanks, but only single turrets for vtol. twin turrets add an incredible amount of additional strategy to the game which fits nicely into scope of the game. Those who say "my gun is inside the other gun, oh no!" can just go play supreme commander. (where the...

Re: Warzone keeps crashing on startup.
yeah the new builds don't work on most low end graphic cards anymore. I've lost about 75% of my warzone game time because it no longer runs on my laptop.
It's the cost of progress I guess...

Re: 6727 crashes after loading map
the driver I have is the latest.
and I can't buy a new card for this laptop, it's built in with no slot to addon.
the game worked fine on it before. What oddball function was added to kill off half of warzones future support base?

6727 crashes after loading map
yeah, the old warzone (before the new terrain renderer) worked fine. Suddenly whenever I try to start a skirmish game it crashes after the map loads and it goes to display the action. Has the requirements changed? stderr.txt says something about my computer not supporting "texture rectangle ext...

Re: Warzone Repairs
I just wanted to touch on Per's complaint a bit. Commanders make managing repair vehicles/cyborgs a LOT easier. put 2 in your commanders force for best results. Once your commander can handle 14 I typicly assign 2 more to the group. yes your commanders firepower gets diminished a bit, but it gains t...

Re: Whats up with AA defense?
yes, vtol with weapons that work against other vtol is the way to go now at the moment. (They changed the way everything targets enemies. Seemed to work great for everything, but the anti-air stuff seems to have been overlooked in the change...) But save yourself the trouble and build a vtol sensor ...
