Re: Zerovirus's art
I scoff at your anti aliasing, being a pure pixelartist or whatever :P It's best that you should know right now, I do everything on the horribly archaic MS Paint. Really, it can do everything GIMP or PS can, and any bonuses that I might be getting from either of the two in pixeling terms are negate...

Re: How do you compile the new branches?
just for clarification, what I mean is that I read you don't have any windows developers now so how do you know the qt branch will work out? if you did have windows developers then the windows build system would be working right? I have looked and read this Visual Studio (Windows) We do most of our ...

Re: How do you compile the new branches?
Qt branch will be merged with trunk shortly. Ways and instructions to compile will likely be improved along with that. pardon me for sounding dumb, but shouldn't people be able to compile it before the merge? how else are you guys testing windows builds of this? The savegame branch is my playpen fo...

See you in the Artwork Development board! xD I don't understand what you are saying. you said your left, then you are back then you said It'd take me a year to make a permane...

Re: A Map Editor
you want it? I think it was the lack of a source code for an editor that prevented the map editor from being ported along with warzone.... So if you have the source code, I think someone *not me* can port it to macs or linux I bet lots of people would like to see the code. I don't know how portable...

How do you compile the new branches?
looking in your guys repo I saw a branch named warzone2100.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/warzone2100/branches/qt. I can't get it to compile on windows no matter what compiler I have tried. I have tried both MSVC and mingw and neither work? what are these about? warzone2100.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/...

Re: Warzone 2100 Launcher
Odin79, I was reading the mailing list and saw The Qt port branch has come a long way recently, and now runs entirely without SDL and QuesoGLC (and all its dependencies). I would like to merge it into trunk soon, so I would encourage everyone to take the branch for a test run, and see if you can fin...

Re: Lobby Server - Improvement
I like the idea of stats being online so players can't manipulate them but need to make it so you can carry stat from old versions to new versions. that wouldn't be the case with the current code it is all client side and since the source code is available then it is pretty much impossible to stop ...

Re: Please test the 2.3 beta releases!
forums / e-mail is too slow for that stuff yes it should be on IRC but since nobody knows what is going on in that channel without being there then we can't tell when a new release has entered the lockdown stage so we can test it. I suppose we could announce on #warzone2100 as well, but no one woul...
