Re: wz stats tool(Windows exe only)

weird did it crash if you simply double-click the exe without any arguments passed to it?

an incorrect argument or arguments combination would cause the app to crash since it's not armored.

Re: Reviving old mods

> Has the weapons/bodies/etc textfile standard changed at all? For example, I had an easy fix for the Scorpion+Halftrack/VTOL bug, but I don't know if the file structure works the same way anymore. The other textfiles applied tweaks to the various weapons, example turning HEAP into a thermobaric bo...

Re: Heroes and Commander Ideas

Don't misunderstand, I'm not against giving Commanders a boost of some sort, but... I disagree with giving them an actual weapon.  If the commander is targeted first, it doesn't matter what his gun is, only how long he can take a beating before succumbing.  If you want to improve the commander, the...

Re: What ever happened to...

Y'know, ive never played the original WZ. But a few more aviatric possibilities would be neat, and a huuge Battlecruiser fits that role well. However, naturally it must be balanced, like, traveling at the speed of a snail would be an option. O/C something smaller like a Cruiser would be neat too. B...

* Intuitively, I think your onto something with the MP consideration. * How exactly, I'm not sure. * Though I wonder if it has anything to do with the min sys HW req, circa '98-'99 ? * One thing this brings to mind from those days was the strong feelings that came up concerning MP Save Games - the ...

Re: Want to mod Warzone, but where do I begin...?

But well, if I can't find the stuff I am looking for I am guessing there are some others out there with the same problems, so hopefully this can be a help to everyone... First off I want to s...

Re: Pie Toaster

I assume you're just using plain OpenGL calls to draw the wireframe model (or the textured ones for that matter) ? [me=Giel]is studying some OpenGL lately, so is interested[/me] The interface looks reasonably nifty btw. I say reasonably because the "Poly17" window has a lot of repetition ...
