The main difficulty in allowing more AIs is not to break the GUI at the minimum screen resolution of 640x480 pixels.

The fork Warzone Graphics Mods contains an unfinished replay feature by stiv. The main project contains commented code which suggests it was planned, but quickly cancelled.

Prepare to complete this work yourself if you want to see it done.

I have 4 versions of the game and I play 3.2.3 the most and I only play offline. (really bad connection speed) I like 3.2.3 best for offline games because it's AI cheats less then other versions. I have tested it on no oil maps. 3.2.3 is the only one that uses up it's power then just sits there unt...

A major problem in current multiplayer games is that VTOL swarms are very hard to defend against. What are your thoughts on improving anti-VTOL weapons, MIH-XTC ?

Nullbot with difficulty "Hard" is no longer the most challenging non-cheating bot since MIH-XTC's improvements for Nexus (ticket 4585, see also this forum thread). Thus this challenge has become easier compared to the others -- if you find it too easy, upgrade the AI.
