I suck using flamers early game, but I have been owned a few times by others using flamers early game (NTW btw), they can be overwhelming if you get a crowd hemming you in with nowhere to run...

Mortars and howitzers cannot fire on the move. Starting with version 3.2, a keyboard shortcut allows to halt droids instantly.
Also moving them in patrol mode means that they will automatically stop and fire at enemies.

Mac is really the hardest target to support I wasn't aware that it was so hard to support, I can remember only a version back asking about mac support and a kind fellow generated a dmg for me within a day or so - it did not seem like a big deal to him... I have played WZ exclusively on a mac quite ...

Really there are a lot of people with macs and you are missing out by not even trying to support the platform...

Yeah we really need registered player names. It could start of very very simple, just username, email (for verification sending link to be clicked) and password. Or you could do away with email and have a captcha (would need to stop automated signup floods). Or you could connect it with a social med...

I like a lot of your ideas - especially manual targeting of sensor towers (that would be great). In regards to "Unlocking Aerial Engineering" - you can actually build transports which kind of do the same thing (but with more micro-management).
