Is there a way to create a entirly new unit type?

Like a helicoptor or water units or Kamikazi units or whatever?

Id like to see Scuds or single attack missles..

How about when a tank dies it spwans a cyborg (the units crew) in its place???

The only glitch I saw was the cactus terrain on my buildings, but it only happened once.

I am trying to find out what bonus an experienced unit gets?
ie a hero gets plus 25 percent accuracy
    an elite gets plus 20 percent damage etc..

I apologize for being dense, but i dont quite understand the grim.wz file that came with the most recent game version. Does it add more polys to spruce up the graphics?
Is all i need to do is have this shortcut?
"H:\Game files\Warzone 2100\warzone2100.exe" --mod grim.wz --cheat\
