The AI will decide if it wants to make an alliance with you, it's a two way thing.

If you choose locked teams on the skirmish setup screen you can force the AI to set teams. Use the circled number to specify what the teams are (players with the same number will be allied.)

The TitleIndex is an auto generated page to show all of the pages in the wiki. You could create a Contents page and manually add pages/sub-contents pages into that. You could even link to it from the TitleIndex.

Have you had a look at: http://wiki.wz2100.net/Txt_Editing It has a short explanation of each column of the (really csv) txt files. You may find opening them in a spreadsheet program will help with the columns.

I think he was attempting to hide the text but didn't get an odd post.

Awesome that you have a download with the FMVs, it really takes away that little bit of confusion for the campaign.

I can never really remember mission numbers but IIRC: You need to intercept the enemy away team before they return to their LZ. perhaps the game could be limited for time so the player or team that holds the most regions at the end of the match wins. Being sued is not the only issue. If the game contains material of dubious legality then any distributors (like Debian packages or PC Gamer DVDs) won't want to distribute it in case they get in trouble. You know you can use your VTOLs on away missions to. Just remember to also bring a truck to build re-arm pads.
