I logged in today to change my email address and I guess the default language it selected was chineese
I couldn't figure anything out about what it was saying.
Luckily I figured it out by clicking about where I was suppose to but it was a nightmare.

Finite ammo idea sounds kind of cool how about ammo supply units as well

Oooh interesting I'd be interested heavily in how to do this I'd be able to compile it on my linux laptop and play it on my windows game machine.

Just checked ddd is in the cygwin installer No need for my poor hacking.

I'm not sure how helpful I can be but two development tools I use in linux are ddd and valgrind DDD makes it easier to use gdb it is like a GUI frontend for it. Just currious what you guys are running like OS and forum wise? Do you get it free? I run both Windows and Linux at work I'm a linux master but my game machines require the windows touch. Now I can use just cheats that help a little and try and work my way off them.

Holy cow, I'm not even half way and its hard as can be this game is just a we too challenging. I guess I need to play more.
