In addition to the comments about that desynch problem being fixed in the next versions, I can attest that it was present in beta7. I ran into desynchs bad enough in 7 that two players got victorious game overs while the other two players were still playing without an immediate end in sight.

I made a bug report about hosting problems and it was responded to right away, and after several exchanges it couldn't be reproduced and I couldn't provide more info, so it was closed. IIRC 2+2=5 has appeared on pretty much every game of the beta3 series me and my circle of friends has played, but I haven't rigorously tested it. Is there a body of experience showing this to be unique to us?

In the past, I've played Warzone with my friends extensively, playing comp-stomps with four humans aligned against the AI menace. In the 2.x series we'd often encounter plenty strange issues that we chalked up to poor synchronization, such as enemy units that were visible to player A but not visible...

I don't hate this. The glitter effect is nice. I only hope this prefaces an new graphical look for the game itself. It could really be a step in the right direction.

Netgame Desynchronization

This might be a bug, but I'd like to know if anyone else has experinced this phenomenon. I play semi-regular Warzone games with friends, us against an AI horde, with voice chat for coordination and general conversation.
