I agree with NoQ on delaying map previews. It looks a bit crazy with no delay at the moment.

Fractals

Sometimes in my spare time, I mess about with fractal pictures. I've put the nicest ones I have found on a free website here:

Cyborg Transport (ground)

Why does this game not give an option to have a 'turret' that allows cyborg transport? Then I could, for example, design a hover, python 'transport' and put several cyborgs in it, charge through an enemy defence and let the cyborgs out.

Challenge: Old Seaport

How is this map possible? Has anyone completed it? Am playing on 2.3.8. The heavy tanks always just erode you in time, with only one oil derrick for power.

@egg - You need to download one of the latest versions of Warzone (not the 1x originals). One the main menu click "Challenges" and then you should see a list of challenges and No Place To Hide is one of them.

My most recent attempts on 3.0 have all resulted in a quite fast fail. You really need to take down THREE bases somehow with the current standard of AI, early game, but no-one seems to have found a way to do this. Yo Brisingr, Why don't you get yourself the UDK (http://www.udk.com/)? Then start to build up the game on that game engine, which is more up to date than the currect game engine Warzone is built on and has lots of tutorials. Then come back to the forum when you've made some progress on warzone 2105....

Why is DyDo AI not the default? It's a much better and more fun AI to play against... Just downloaded this release and it doesn't work. And now 3.0 doesn't work either! When I start the game, the menu is tinged green. Upon starting any skirmish game (or challenge), Warzone closes and I get a message...

What's the trouble here though? Are you actually losing to the AI? Even on hardest, I'm beating it every time. It's not cheating beyond reasonable if it's 100% beatable!

Ahhhh I see what you mean. Twinny hill vs AI on hardest. No scavengers. Low power levels. Starting with no bases. I had about 2/3 of map oil and rushed on about 25mins with cobra hover medium cannons (the cannons were upgraded enough that most enemy tanks died in one hit). The rush totally failed. T...

Try telling cannons to target at 'long range' instead of 'optimum'.
