You mean no auto-attack, correct? That is, units won't attack it on their own, but you can right-click it or something and your units will shred it.
Also, I think it should have low HP, like the SC2 changeling, especially given its power, should it be implemented.

Fast-tech build= build orders and game styles that are heavy on technology. Originally used in games such as StarCraft, where such builds are risky, but with high rewards.

Heh. Fast-tech builds would be mighty on such a map. Just take all the power you can nearby, and then tech all the way to lassat.

Works pretty well to me. Um, you are including railguns in your "Tank Turrets", right?
We definitely cannot put MG-type pintle weapons on rockets. That would make WZ Rocket Wars, as far as tanks go.

Specialized anti-cyborg turret that does next to no damage to other unit types, but does absolutely horrific damage to cyborgs. Only Cyborg-mounted.

You base your suggestion on a false premise: That borgs are useless once the fight gets to T2. Often, they make excellent bullet sponges for the low ROF Rocket Anti-Tank(AT) weapons, which borgs only take 30% damage from. Yes, it would. MGs are an AP-type weapon, which means that they do 140% damage to enemy cyborgs. Or, for every ten damage, they do an extra four. On a MG, that adds up fast, especially considering damage upgrades, now that there are two tiers of damage upgrades for MG bullets not counting Hardened C...
