There is a sensor tower to the northwest just outside your base. knock it down and the rockets won't shoot your base up any more.

Mine looked like that in trunk. I removed all mods and it went back to normal. I don't think the new trunk likes mods.

Some sort of glitch. Usually you get 16,000. You can still win. Get your units all delivered and take out the base due north of you. There are a bunch of oil barrels in that base and will give you enough power to get your own power plants and derricks going. It is harder but do-able.

It's a poll hole which is much different than a pot hole. It could also mean a cow that has horns as a polled cow has no horns.
